SYRACUSE, NY – According to CNYCentral, a 2-vehicle crash involving a school bus left one man seriously injured in Syracuse on Monday afternoon. 

Authorities say the collision took place just before 4:00 p.m. near the 3600 block of Midland Avenue, when a man driving a silver car struck a school bus from behind. The 66-year-old driver was extracted from his vehicle and taken to Upstate Hospital for treatment. The bus was not carrying any students at the time, and the driver did not sustain any injuries in the crash.

Police continue to investigate the incident.
