LONG ISLAND, NY – According to ABC7NY News, one man was killed in a head-on collision on Long Island on Tuesday morning.
Authorities say the crash took place shortly after 5:00 a.m. near the intersection of Grand Avenue and East Carl Avenue. Two vehicles were involved in the head-on collision.
One driver, a 66-year-old man, was killed in the impact and pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver involved sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Police continue to investigate this incident.
