Pedestrian hospitalized after collision on Grymes Hill

STATEN ISLAND, NY – A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital after they were struck by a vehicle in Staten Island’s Grymes Hill neighborhood this morning.

According to Staten Island Live, the incident occurred just before 8 a.m. along Arlo Road.

The pedestrian was treated in an ambulance for some time before being rushed to Richmond University Medical Center in unknown condition.

Initial reports indicate the victim was a child. However, that has not yet been confirmed.
