Major crash blocks all southbound lanes on I-81 in downtown Syracuse

SYRACUSE, NY – According to a report from TTN Syracuse, a major crash left all southbound lanes of I-81 blocked in downtown Syracuse on Thursday evening.

The crash was reported shortly after 6:00 p.m. between I-690 and Harrison Street. All southbound lanes of the interstate were blocked and traffic was stopped back to Butternut Street following the incident.
