Narrative
LONG ISLAND, NY – According to ABC7 News, four people were killed in a head-on crash on Long Island on Friday night.
Authorities say the collision took place on Route 25 near Truman’s Beach. 47-year-old Heath Miller and 55-year-old William Price were driving westbound on Route 25 when the Tesla caught fire. It remains unclear what caused the vehicle fire. The Tesla crashed into a 2020 Ford Explorer head-on.
Both Price and Miller were killed in the collision. The couple driving the Ford, 80-year-old Peter Smith and 66-year-old Patricia O’Neill, were both killed in the crash as well.
No other details have been released at this time. An investigation is currently ongoing.
