Narrative
HOOSICK FALLS, NY – A motorcyclist was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Rensselaer County on Monday evening.
Following an investigation conducted by the New York State Police, it was determined that Michael Cameron, a 44-year-old from Eagle Bridge, was traveling northbound on his motorcycle when he attempted overtake another vehicle in an area where passing was prohibited. When Camron entered the oncoming lanes, he collided with a southbound vehicle waiting to make a left turn.
Cameron succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene The driver of the other car sustained minor injuries, and there were no other vehicles involved in the accident.
