Narrative
LISBON, NY – A head-on crash in Lisbon Tuesday night left one man dead and three others injured, one critically.
State police say 37-year-old Brian Snyder was southbound on NY-37 when his vehicle drifted into the oncoming lanes and slammed head-on into another vehicle.
The driver of the second vehicle, 51-year-old Michael Barkley Jr., suffered fatal injuries in the crash. His passenger, 79-year-old Michael Barkley Sr., was flown to Upstate Medical Center with potentially life-threatening injuries.
Both occupants of the striking vehicle were rushed to a local hospital with less serious injuries.
