ULSTER CO., NY – The driver of a school bus went to the hospital Friday after a crash with a semi-truck on the highway in south-central Ulster County.
The incident happened around 8:35 a.m. at the intersection of State Route 211 and Bull Road in Middletown.
It’s not yet clear now the crash occurred, but police say extrication measures were necessary to remove the bus driver from the vehicle. Medics transported the victim to Westchester Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
The truck driver did not sustain injuries in the accident.
