NORTH CREEK, NY – A 68-year-old woman died, and another person went to the hospital after at solo motorcycle crash in northwest Warren County.

The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. along North Gore Road in the city of North Creek.

Police say that a motorcycle collided with a downed tree limb in the roadway.

A passenger, identified as Kathy Barlow-McCann, died at the scene of the crash.

Medics airlifted the driver of the motorcyclist to a hospital in Albany with critical injuries.
