Narrative
BROOKLYN, NY – Three people went to the hospital Monday after a two-vehicle crash involving a police cruiser in Brooklyn.
The accident occurred just after 6:15 a.m. at the intersection of Marcus Garvey Boulevard and Greene Avenue, which is in the Bedford-Styuvesant area.
There’s no word yet on the cause of the accident. Officials say it involved a silver BMW sedan and a police cruiser. Both vehicles sustained substantial damage.
Medics transported two officers from the cruiser along with the other driver to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
