Accident blocks traffic on I-81 SB in Syracuse

SYRACUSE, NY – According to TTN Syracuse, a crash left a lane of traffic blocked on I-81 SB in Syracuse on Friday evening.

The crash was reported shortly before 6:00 p.m. just south of Exit 21 for Spencer Street / Catawba Street. The center lane of the interstate was blocked and traffic was slowed back to Route 298 / Bear Street following the incident.
