NEW YORK CITY, NY – Total Traffic NYC reports that a crash left two lanes of traffic blocked on The Harlem River Drive SB in New York City on Monday afternoon.

The crash was reported shortly before 2:00 p.m. at Exit 23 for 8th Avenue / 155th Street. Two lanes of traffic were blocked and traffic was jammed back to Fredrick Douglass Boulevard.
